The New McLaren 650s Revealed
On a tour in China, sports car hot shot McLaren recently revealed the ultra cool 650S Special edition. The concept car is more that awesome. The concept car was shown to the public in order to showcase McLaren’s Special Operations team and their superb engineering skills.
Here’s what we found out:
McLaren says the MSO treatment for the 650S offers optimised aerodynamic performance and a “more dramatic” appearance.
Exterior upgrades include a newly designed carbon-fibre rear diffuser, front splitter, air intakes and MSO-branded carbon fibre side blades.
The engine bay gets satin black engine covers and a satin finish to all carbon-fibre parts, while satin black is also the chosen finish for the lightweight ‘650S’ alloy wheels, which wear Pirelli P Zero Corsa tyres.
